In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• You are of sound mind and are registering voluntarily. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that spy77 bears no responsibility for losses incurred through your own decisions.

To access real-money features of the spy77 Platform, you must register an Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details.

You are permitted to hold only one Account on the spy77 Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to circumvent restrictions or to claim multiple welcome bonuses — are strictly prohibited. spy77 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations and will suspend all associated accounts upon detection, with any Balance or Bonus Funds subject to forfeiture.

spy77 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program in compliance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. Completion of KYC verification is required before a Member may make their first withdrawal and may be requested at any point during the Account's lifetime.

KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible, as a standard anti-money-laundering control. • In the event of a technical failure or network interruption during gameplay, spy77 will make reasonable efforts to restore the game session to its pre-interruption state. Where this is not possible, bets in progress at the time of the interruption may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Member's Balance.
• spy77 does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses attributable to connectivity failures, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events.

All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any offer-specific conditions published on the promotion's detail page.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stipulated time window will result in the Bonus Funds being removed from your Account without notice.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward the clearance of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the spy77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with spy77.
• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner without express written permission from spy77.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through a confirmed exploit are not withdrawable and will be removed from the Member's Account.

• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to sell, transfer, or assign an Account, Balance, or Bonus Funds to any third party.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction by using VPN software, proxy servers, or other obfuscation tools.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward spy77 staff, support agents, or other Members.
• Conducting systematic arbitrage betting or hedging strategies that exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.

All content on the spy77 Platform — including but not limited to the spy77 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and data — is the intellectual property of spy77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without prior written consent from spy77.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software or technology underlying the Platform.

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity conducted on the Platform, including losses attributable to technical faults, connectivity interruptions, or erroneous game results subsequently corrected.
• Unauthorized access to a Member's Account resulting from the Member's failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• The conduct, content, or services of any third-party game provider whose titles are accessible through the Platform.
• Any reliance placed by a Member on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform.
• Delays in withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or regulatory hold requirements.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude spy77's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded. spy77's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

spy77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe as requested by spy77.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Identification of the Member as being under 21 years of age.
• Detection of a duplicate account or coordinated multi-account activity.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or other legal obligation requiring account closure.

A Member may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting spy77 support. Upon voluntary Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding unvested Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, provided KYC verification is complete and no outstanding review is in progress.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which spy77 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration administered under internationally recognized commercial arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm. By accepting these Terms, Members acknowledge that they may have fewer legal protections available to them than they would under the domestic law of Indonesia, and they accept this position voluntarily as a condition of using the Platform.

Where material changes are made, spy77 will endeavor to notify active Members via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Where changes are required urgently due to legal, regulatory, or security reasons, they may take effect immediately without prior notice.

Your continued use of the spy77 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13 above.
